Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin reunited with model Daria Strokous for “Secret Garden 2 — Versailles,” creating a surreal, fairy-tale atmosphere as women gather amidst barren trees, some cloaked in ivy. Original Kids emerged from the wish to search for new meanings and values for the art, fashion and design market, through the development of collections integrated to social projects related with art education.
In this project we have organized art workshops for deprived children living in charity institutions. The activities involve artists and art students. The artistic works created by the children are sources of inspiration for the development of patterns fashion and design collections. Part of the revenue returns to the institutions for the maintenance of the art classes.
